Joey McHale of ‘Community’ has said that he is extremely proud being a part of the cast. There was a time when the future of the show was in doubt but NBC did not and the show was returned to its Thursday night line up just this month.

He is reported to have said that the whole crew and cast of the show believed that the show would be given a chance that no one sought any other project during the wait. He said that it was enough evidence to show how they believe in the show.

He also expressed gratitude to fans that started a media campaign to make sure the show stays on air. He said their response was great from the onset and it grew very quickly. He said there was a general believe that it would simmer down after a few weeks but it kept on growing.

The executive producer of the show Russ Krasnoff had earlier said that he was confident that the show would return for a fourth season even when they had announced that the plug was being pulled on the show.
